Q: How long does it typically take to get my album and pictures after the wedding?
A: Finished photographs would normally be completed within four weeks of the wedding. Depending on the type of album chosen, the album could be delivered within one to six weeks.


Q: What is the best way to set up an appointment?
A: By phone. Plesae call (413) 532-7556 day or evening. If we are not available to answer please leave a voice mail and I will return the call as soon as possible.


Q: What kind of equipment do you use?
A: My primary and backup camera equipment is exclusively Hasselblad with Zeiss lenses; flash equipment is high quality Lumedyne and Bowens.


Q: Is there a deposit required at the time of booking? If so, how much?
A: Most clients feel comfortable securing the wedding date with a deposit. A deposit of $300.00 is due at the time of booking.


Q: Do you do offer other types of photography services (i.e. family portraits, engagement pictures, baby pictures)?
A: Although I am primarily a wedding specialist, I am available for other portrait assignments either in the studio or on location.
 

Q: How do I order additional photos and reprints?
A: Following delivery of the wedding photographs I provide an order form for additional photographs, folios, and family albums. My prices for extra enlargements are very reasonable.
 

Q: Do I keep my film negatives after the wedding?
A: I provide a photo CD index of all the wedding photographs upon delivery of the finished photos. I will also release any negatives to the bride and groom one year after delivering the finished photographs.
 

Q: I have a non-traditional wedding. Are there any differences in pricing or packages offered?
A: I will often customize wedding packages to fit the needs of the wedding couple. Please feel free to inquire about wedding photography plans that you may have.

 
Q: Are there any copyright issues with posting my wedding pictures on websites such as photobucket, google picasa albums, or facebook?
A: I will be happy to provide a copyright release to enlable you to post any photographs on a personal web page.
